Shipping Policy

 

OVERALL TERMS

​

1. We kindly advise that all customers should contact us if anything happened with product. We will do our best to help you and solve any problems which might appear.

​

2. As a buyer please make sure that the correct item has been ordered. If wrong product was chosen please let us know immediately so that we could help you with sorting this out and be able to correct the stock availibility


3. If there will be any problem with stock availibility we will inform you immediately.

 

4. When buying from us we understand that you as a customer aceppts our t&c.

 

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Due to the type of product we accept exchange only if anything is not right - however due to the nature of the products - handmade - it is expected they will vary in style as all is done by hands not on a production line

SHIPPING 

​

1.We send  products within 1-2 working days  after payment received. For bigger personalised orders, this may be delayed and take up to 14 days from the time order has been placed due to the whole process and work involved 

​

If any delay appear we will contact you first.

​

2. Smaller items are sent by Royal Mail/HERMERS, larger items via courier (please contact us to confirm postage costs)

Please note that it takes 2-3 days for item to be delivered in UK  if sent by 1st class ( sometimes shorter) but it can take up to 15 days for item to arrive when busy time in the year ( according to Royal Mail ).

If there will be any delay please contact us immediately - we have proof of postage and we can claim compensation from Royal Mail.

 

3. Please ensure you check the item BEFORE you sign it , if you do not have time to check please sign for it but include the words "Unchecked- may be damaged" as this will enable us to claim from the COURIER any compensation required..

 

4. We offer UK and international  deliveries

 

5. Free delivery for all UK orders above £15

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We send items abroad using Small Packet service and International signed for  by Royal Mail. 

 

Please allow up to 25 days for item to arrive when busy season ( according to Royal Mail )

 

Most of our items are delivered abroad within  max 1 - 2 weeks . 

 

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please make sure your deliverey address is correct as we will not be responsible for lost items or items  which were signed for by other party.
