Are your candles natural?

Yes, our candles are natural and made from high-quality soy wax.

Are your candles vegan and vegeterian friendly?

Yes, all ingredients used to make our candles are eco-friendly, cruelty-free, and suitable for vegans and vegetarians. We source them from trusted, carefully vetted suppliers to ensure you receive a high-quality product.

What ingredients are used in your candles and wax melts ?

All wax melts and candles are 100% vegan and made with high-quality soy wax. The fragrance and essential oils used are also confirmed vegan by our suppliers. If you would like any further information, please feel free to contact me directly—I’ll be happy to help.

If I would be interested in bigger order, how to do that ?

Please contact me directly to discuss your order. You are welcome to purchase an item first, and we can go over any additional requirements afterward. Please note that larger orders may require additional preparation time. You may also request a quote and describe the customized order you would like to place. 

How long your candles burn ?

It all varies on its size - small 41ml can burn up to 15h , and time increase with the size of the candle

 

Can I reuse the containers ?

Our glass jars are not designed for reuse. We do not offer refills for them, and because the glass may become damaged over time from burning, we do not recommend reusing them.

 

How long do I need to wait for my order ?

Small orders are processed quickly and can usually be shipped within 1–2 working days. Larger orders may require a little extra time to prepare, but we always do our best to dispatch them as soon as possible so you can enjoy your order without delay.

I would like to get my order personalised - how to proceed ?

Orders can be personalised to suit your needs. If you would like stickers included, please add them to your order along with your candles and provide as much detail as possible to help with preparation.
